Venue memberships and club management

Membership models, application plans, proposers, guest policy, house rules and member management.

  • Apply on the Üyelik page and choose the models you want; after MekanBook approval you can create plans.
  • Plans set price, duration, capacity, age range, proposers (0–2), reapply waiting period, up to 10 application questions, guest allowance and fee, yearly freeze days and how far ahead members can book.
  • Applications show answers, photo, proposer confirmations and the applicant's history at your venue.
  • Members: photo verification, staff notes, suspension and termination (reason sent to the member), filters and CSV export.
  • Guests: daily guest list and a blacklist (phone numbers are not stored).
  • Versioned house rules; members re-accept after each change.
  • Up to 4 announcements per month to active members.
  • The Kapı ekranı (door screen) shows the member's photo and warns about missing verification, unaccepted rules, suspension or freeze.
