Loyalty points and gift cards

Loyalty points

• Earned on amounts paid online at participating venues. Tips and gift card payments do not earn points; cash and card-terminal payments cannot earn points.
• See balances per venue under My account › Points. You get a reminder 30 days before points expire.
• Redeem at the table from the bill screen; staff approve. Points cannot exceed the bill and have no cash value.

Gift cards

• Valid only at the issuing venue, up to 5,000 TL.
• The code is emailed once. If lost, get a new code under My account › Gift cards (the old code stops working).
• No cash-out, no transfer between cards. Unused cards can be refunded within 14 days.
