Does it cost anything to add my venue?

When will my venue go live?
After the MekanBook team has reviewed your details. Profiles with complete photos, opening hours and fee information (cover, service, valet) are approved faster.
My venue is already on MekanBook; how do I manage it?
Find your venue during sign-up and choose "This venue is mine". We verify ownership with a code sent to the venue's registered email, a document, or a call to its registered phone.
What does "no surprise prices" mean?
Fees such as cover, service and valet are clearly shown as yes, no or unknown. Guests see every item they will pay before booking or ordering, which builds trust and conversions.
Does it work with my POS system?
Yes. Besides brands with a direct connection, we have an open connector API any POS company can use. If your system isn't listed, request an integration from the panel.
Am I tied to a contract?
No contract is needed for the free listing and QR menu. Terms for paid features (deposits, tickets, table payments, gift cards) are in the agreement.
