Payments, refunds and payouts

Online payments, on-site payments, refund requests and payout reports.

  • Finans ve iadeler shows online payments, commissions and your net payout.
  • Large refunds need MekanBook approval; the requester cannot approve their own refund.
  • Gift card purchases are refunded only through the gift card flow (unused card, 14 days).
  • No commission is taken on cash / card-terminal payments or on tips. Commission rates are in your contract.
