Event tickets

Buying tickets on MekanBook, my tickets, right of withdrawal and external ticket links.

  • Buying: choose ticket type and quantity. Before payment you accept the pre-information form and distance sales contract. For date-specific events the right of withdrawal exception applies and you are asked to accept it separately.
  • My tickets: tickets appear with QR codes under My account › Tickets and in your email. Each ticket can be used once.
  • Members-only events are visible and sold only to the venue's members.
  • External sales: some events are sold on another ticket site; that site's terms apply.
  • 18+ events require age verification.
