VIP lists and the door

Create VIP / guest lists for nightclubs, bars and events, set promoter permissions and check guests in at the door.

Steps

  1. In Panel › İşletme › VIP liste, fill in "Yeni liste": name, date, type, capacity, plus-one limit, cutoff time and entry terms.
  2. Give your promoter the "PR / promoter" role on the Staff page, then assign them in the list settings or choose "all promoters".
  3. Add guests, or enable and share the public signup link; approve applications on the list if approval is required.
  4. At the door open Panel › İşletme › Kapı › VIP, search by name or the last 4 digits of the phone and tap "Geldi". Guests' QR passes can be scanned on the QR / card tab of the door screen.

Who can do what?

  • Owner / manager: creates, closes and deletes lists; assigns promoters; approves applications; sees every guest's phone; exports CSV; sees reports.
  • Promoter: adds guests only to lists open to them and only sees the details of guests they added.
  • Door staff: see tonight's lists only in the door screen's VIP tab, with guest name and last 4 phone digits; mark entries and plus-ones; cannot edit lists.

At the door

  • "Geldi" and plus-one (+/−) marks can be undone within 2 minutes.
  • Several door staff can work at once; the screen refreshes every 6 seconds and a guest is never counted twice.
  • Night lists stay visible at the door until 08:00 the next morning. A warning appears after the cutoff time.
  • Over capacity, a warning shows on the list and at the door; a full public signup stops accepting applications.

Blacklist: Someone on the club guest blacklist gets a "door note" flag; only owners and managers see the reason. They are never auto-approved via public signup.

No surprise prices: state any entry fee or minimum spend in the entry terms; guests see it on their pass.

Privacy: phone and email are stored encrypted and, 90 days after the event, names, phones, emails and notes are deleted automatically; entry counts are kept for reports.

Reports: VIP liste › Rapor shows invitations, entries, no-show rate and plus-ones per night and per promoter (no spend data).
