Deleting your account and downloading your data

Delete account

At the bottom of My account › Privacy, type SİL and confirm (also available in the app under Profile).

• Profile, check-ins, connections, messages, notifications and uploaded ID documents are deleted.
• Payment and booking records that must be kept by law are anonymised.
• All sessions are signed out.

Download my data

Request a copy of your personal data from the mobile app's Profile section; it is emailed to you.

Marketing

The unsubscribe link in marketing emails withdraws consent immediately. Booking, ticket and password emails are transactional and still sent.
