Support tickets from the venue panel

Open questions, bug reports, payment or account tickets from Panel › Destek.

الخطوات

  1. Open Destek in the left menu (owner and manager).
  2. Tap "Yeni talep", choose a type and describe the problem.
  3. Attach a screenshot or PDF if useful (up to 3 files, 5 MB).
  4. Follow replies in the same ticket and close it when solved.
  • Venue tickets are visible to all owners and managers of the venue.
  • The "Report a bug" button opens a bug report with the current page address.
  • Payment and payout tickets get high priority.
  • The "?" next to page titles opens the help article for that page.
