Event tickets
Buying tickets on MekanBook, my tickets, right of withdrawal and external ticket links.
- Buying: choose ticket type and quantity. Before payment you accept the pre-information form and distance sales contract. For date-specific events the right of withdrawal exception applies and you are asked to accept it separately.
- My tickets: tickets appear with QR codes under My account › Tickets and in your email. Each ticket can be used once.
- Members-only events are visible and sold only to the venue's members.
- External sales: some events are sold on another ticket site; that site's terms apply.
- 18+ events require age verification.
