Loyalty points and gift card programme
Points rate and validity, approving redemptions at the table, selling and accepting gift cards.
- Sadakat puanı: set points per 100 TL, point value, welcome bonus, minimum redemption and validity (default 24 months). Points come from online-paid amounts excluding tips and gift cards and are reversed on refunds. Staff approve redemptions; discounts cannot exceed the bill.
- Hediye kartı: set amounts or a custom range (up to 5,000 TL) and validity. Cards are valid only at your venue, cannot be cashed out and unused cards can be refunded within 14 days.
