Reservation settings and the reservation book
Shifts, online capacity, booking policy, deposits, waitlist and no-show rule.
Schritte
- On Rezervasyon ayarları define shifts: days, start-end, slot, seating time, buffer, capacity and online share.
- Set the booking policy: confirmation type, deposit, free cancellation, late cancellation refund, grace period, no-show rule.
- Manage incoming bookings in Rezervasyon defteri.
- Without shifts, no online booking times are shown.
- Each policy save is a new version; existing bookings keep the version they accepted.
- Unpaid deposits release the booking when they expire; paid deposits are deducted at the table.
- Members can be given earlier booking windows from the membership rules.
