MekanBook membership and venue memberships

MekanBook membership

Available on the Membership page. It lasts 1 year and can be paid monthly or yearly. Perks such as discounts, members' areas and priority booking are listed on the plan. A free trial, if any, is shown on the plan card.

Venue memberships and clubs

• Direct membership: join from the plan card; paid plans go to the payment page.
• Application (club): answer the venue's questions and add a profile photo; some plans require up to 2 proposers who are existing members. If capacity is full you join a numbered waitlist. After a rejection you can reapply after the period stated on the plan.
• Age rules: plans such as "under 27" check your verified age.

My memberships

Under My account › Memberships you can:

• pay a pending membership,
• freeze it if the plan allows (the end date is extended),
• register guests (any guest fee is shown upfront),
• turn venue announcements on or off.

Member card and door

The QR on My account › Member card refreshes every 30 seconds, so screenshots do not work. The door screen shows your photo; changing your photo resets photo verification at venues. If house rules change you are asked to accept them again.
