Live floor, bills and table ordering

Opening a table, join code, accepting orders, bills and payments.

On Canlı salon, opening a table shows a 6-digit join code; give it to the guests. It changes for every new bill.
Guest orders wait for your acceptance; accepted items go to the kitchen screen.
Adisyonlar lists open and closed bills, payments and refunds.
Only owners or managers can cancel accepted items. Lines and quantity changes added by staff are shown to the guest as "Added by staff" and logged.
Record cash or card-terminal payments under Mekanda ödemeler.
Tipping is off by default; when enabled the suggested default is always 0.
